Our client is incorporated in 1999 in Singapore, specialize in equipment rental and sales, repair and maintenance services and sales of related parts and accessories. Due to the business needs, they are now in a search of talented and motivated individuals who enjoy challenges to join their dynamic team.
Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Carry out daily updates of machine utilization report
• Involved in application, renewal, filing for MOM certification
• Coordinate with departments as well as customers on logistics of machine delivery and collection.
• Coordinate with on-site field mechanics on machine breakdown support
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NTC/ITC or equivalent
• High commitment, self-responsibility and work orientation
• Good communication, familiar with Singapore roads and able to multi-task
• Able to work under pressure, tight schedule and work independently
• Singapore Citizen / SPR only.
Others:
• Transport provided in designated locations at Jurong West
• Working Hours:
o Monday to Fridays: 7.30am - 4.30pm
o Saturday: 7.30am - 12pm
